Mother earth wishes child protection

Cairns artist and blogger, Jean Burman, nicely captured my view of motherhood: revolving, protective, earthy and stabley unstable. I LOVE this postcard that Jean posted to her blog last March: Mothers make the world go round! This postcard speaks to me of total child protection – without an environment to cradle we have no children. Without women we have no children. The environment, women and child protection are inextricably linked in my mind and they are three social issues I remain passionate about and committed to.
