You are invited
to a High Tea at the Sebel Cairns
(Old Cairns International in Abbott St)
Meet new people, enjoy high tea in
luxurious surroundings
and
Learn the art of tea leaf reading
Intuitive and an almost lost skill, tea leaf reading is fun, brings people together and can even help you pick up a date by forming connections with newly met people longing for you to read their leaves!
Impress your friends, family and potential lovers by reading their tea leaves and helping them to redefine their future by tapping into their subconscious.
Based on symbolism, meaning and intuition, the tea leaf reading high tea is meant to be pure delight and form connections between people.
Cost: $55.00 (includes High Tea and tea leaf reading [in]tuition)
When: Sunday 19th April, and every second Sunday after that, 2 to 4 pm.
Where: Coco’s restaurant (in the front foyer afternoon tea area), The Sebel, 17 Abbott St, Cairns.
Dress code: Women, dress up and be beautiful in beautiful surrounds. Men: Good casual or dress up to match the women.
Book and pay: Megan Bayliss 4031 0489. We accept credit card, direct deposit and paypal. Once you have paid you will be sent an ebooklet, to print out and bring with you, to help you identify and interpret the shapes in the cup.
Three lucky Cairns and surrounds people will receive a PAY NO MONEY invitation and voucher in their mail box. If you are one of them, you are invited to attend the Hight Tea Leaf Reading at no cost. But there’s a hitch – your energy exchange will be to promote the High Tea Leaf Reading by word of mouth (blog it, ring a friend or ask a 5th grader if they know what tasseomancy is). The tea leaves will tell me if you fail to keep your end of the bargain!
Coffee Reading bonus offer: These High Tea Leaf Reading tuitions will occur every Sunday with graduate only offers of take away coffee readings once a month (on a Sunday morning at 10am). While tea leaf reading relies on the shape and positioning of leaves in relation to the handle, coffee Lattes and take away coffee cups without handles and lots of milk froth offer a different geography and reading experience.
Aid your emotional intelligence – drink and read tea.
PS: Suitable for teenagers too. Picture is of my 13 year old son who loves making time for tea, aka having his leaves read and in return reading mine – it is a fantastic family activity. Don’t send your teenager alone though – I have enough of my own at home to supervise. Come WITH your teen and ensure that they know that getting high in Cairns IS NOT about any illegal substances but about the dying art of high teas and tea leaf reading.
